The partly finished lower level of The Nantucket Sandcastle provides two restful bedrooms—the Seashells Room (with a comfortable queen bed and private en-suite half bath) and the Sailboat Twins room (with two twin beds)—along with our full-size washer and dryer laundry area. Because this level sits slightly below grade, both bedrooms stay naturally cool and quiet even during the warmest July and August weeks on Nantucket Island. Guests staying downstairs enjoy extra privacy away from the main-floor Family Room and upstairs bedrooms, plus quick access to the outdoor shower and beach gear after returning from Cliff Beach.

Throughout your stay, you will appreciate how effortlessly the five bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms accommodate up to 12 guests without ever feeling crowded.
